Without licencing from ferrari, porsche etc. we wont be seeing some of these beutiful motors, if only they was some way PD could aquire the FIA GT licencing or suomething, we could see more fine motors like these then.
It's got different headlights, bonnet, and the supra has a smoother look. And really if you look at the pictures they don't look overall similiar, but this is just my opinion.

Well, since they're different cars, you'd hope there'd be some differences - but I contend they're probably much more similar than Ferrari would be particularly comfortable with, especially given the price/prestige differences in the cars!
