I can't checkout some items!

I noticed that everything on GTTV was free and I said "sweet lets do some downloading". When I go to check out it says that I have nothing in my cart even though I had a big list of stuff to download in the cart and I get a message saying that I have nothing in cart. I don't have any funds so could that be the problem?
 
i ran into the same thing last night trying to download the d1gp content. wut's the deal? I have been lazy so i haven't looked into it yet. :guilty:
 
From what I've experienced, you have to be logged with a PSN account that matches your GT5:P copy origin to download and view GTTV content.
US with US account
JP with JP account
EU with FR, UK,... account
Etc.

If you're PSN account doesn't matches your copy origin you'll get the following message when trying to checkout,
"There are no items available for your account".

Weird.
I have everything free to purchase only when copy and account don't match.
When both match I can't get everything for free :D

By the way, when you download a video you can only view it with the account that downloaded it !
I log with my UK account, purchase a video, logoff, go back to my US account where my save is. Download continue in background. When logged with my US account GTTV keep saying I didn't purchase the video. I have to log back with my UK account to be able to view the video, even if it was free content !

Polyphony have some homework to do on GTTV !
 
My copy and account matches perfectly. I have a NTSC HDTV, a NTSC 60GB PS3, a US PSN account, and I live in the US!

I don't have any other PSN accounts because I'm fine with my US one.
 
When you look in your cart it automatically takes you to the checkout button.....

1. scroll to the items above first you want to buy.
2. check them off
3. then press checkout!

see if that helps.

im loading the ferrari cali and TG intro right now!
 
I've got the same problem as well (I owned the JPN copy of GT5 Prologue). When getting to GT-TV, you'll need to login by Japan PSN account in order to download anything, even for the free content (such as the new Ferrari California movie)! Also, after downloading those free contents, you still need to login the same PSN account (according to your GT5P copy origin) to view those videos.
