I cant get Kanotix Linux to connect to sbc

Help. I have recently switched to a linux os. Kanotix to be exact..and i cant get it to connect with yahoo sbc dsl. I am running the live cd right nowso thats why i can post here...but anyone have a guide? Live cd auto configures it...but now...the hdd install. I cant get it to connect at all. Any help appreciated

You need to set up your connection settings in the system config, I can't remember exactly where that is, but you need to configure it to connect via PPPoE.

ugh...yeah. I amjust about to give up on Kanotix..but what ineed. Do you have mandrake or does anyone have mandrake? a download will timeout before its finished.
