An American by the name of Jon Blake Cusack, bored with the unoriginal trend of naming your children after yourself, then tacking a "II" or "the 2nd" on the end, has had his new-born child Christened...

Jon Blake Cusack 2.0

Errr...

He

It sure as h3ll beats "II" :D

I don't want kids, I don't have kids, I don't like kids, BUT - IF I were to have a son the "2.0" would be first in line when the naming thingy gets on the table :D

And to you KM / Darklegion / Retard / Whatever : Another beautiful post that says nothing at all.. I really really wish you'd just die instead of spamming with useless posts.....

Haha, I saw a link to that on another amazing forum. One run by a great super moderator, even!

That kid is probably never going to get laid. It's sad. Actually, his father got some, so you never know.

!!

I remember this kid in school, if i remember correctly, his name is 'ABCDE'. I don't know what the hell his parents were smoking when they decided that ****.

I asked the kid, "Now how am I supposed to pronounce that ****?!".

The kid said "ab-se-dee". :odd:

I always think it's supremely arrogant to actually name your child after yourself.

i would never name my kid after myself....i am named after my father and i dislike the name with such an intense degree it would be in appropriate to discuss it on a family forum...

i could change it but it would be disrespectful...

anyway the 2.0 thing....i like it...its the dumbest thing i have ever heard but i like it....

it beats calvin and klien (twins) or armani or all that popular ****..

Plus it annoys the hell out of doctors surgeries (I work in one) when you get a letter in with a name, address but no date of birth and there is the same name twice at the same address.

Yeah, my dad is constantly opening my mail because we have the same name. We have a different middle name, but that doesn't count.

My dad does that because we have the same surname.

The fact that we have totally different Christian names, and I live 240 miles away, apparently has no bearing...

I doubt I would want another Emad running around. Some people for some reason have a hard enough time pronouncing it and I can't see how it's possible to not get it right the first time.

If anything, I would name my kid MiniMe or MinImad...Osama is another good choice - especially seeing as how I'm Muslim :p

Sure, a mod can say that; I was afraid to get banned after I said it...
