I been playing GT since the first one came out, and I have been playing GT3 since it came out. But today was the first time I ever notice that on the cockpit view, the driver actually steer. Lol! The animation ain't that good though.

I only have ever had a front bumper view or an over head cam view in GT3. Or are you talking about the replay? And even then, I have never seen a cockpit view...

Is that a replay from an F1 car by any chance?

You got it. Well I guess it's normal, since, when watching replays, I always use the default camera angle.

Oh, i use the one that switches from angle to angle, camera to camera.

uummm....i remember watching a replay of an F1 race...and quite frankly remembering them NOT EVEN HAVING ARMS LOL and they sure as HECK weren't steering....

I've never actually seen this - I noticed the head in the cockpit, but I've never seen the driver actually steering.

Yeh, I've seen the camera above the head of the driver, but i can't really remember much else, i think I hardly ever watch my replays anyway. :o

A lap on Complex String should easily go through all the angles. May i suggest that. ;) Nice avatar btw.

GT3 is full of things like this it can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention to them.

Things like the mudflaps on WRC cars moving as you drive... The radio aerials on top of most cars move as you get faster. Heck if you get up near 200mph the windscreen wipers start to move (very noticable on the 787B).

Great game. :D

just start up GT3 and wait at the menu screen...the F1 preview thing should pop up and it has all the angles most of the time.

It's the F090/s... in the replay mode change the view so it goes to the bumper cam and the go through the other views until there is one where you can see the steering wheel and the driver's hands- they are hard to see if your not turning.

i noticed they dont have wheels on the car in your rear view mirror
i think its juz a helmet glued to the back of the seat cuz it never moves juz sits there

On GTC, If you watch the Cadillac Cien, around 2nd gear, a little spoiler pops out of the back. :)

I was kinda disappointed when I found out that the RUF 3400S (the modified Boxster) didn't have an animated rear spoiler. On the real car, the spoiler pops out right above the rear bumper between the taillights when going at around 100 km/h or so. Really cool =)

The 3400s is my favorite RUF. I find it very easy to drift.

It actually moves if you're sitting still too. I think I first noticed when I did a pit stop and the thing was still twitching around, I was like "What the...?"
Maybe it was an invisible pit crew guy moving it around.

There's a few cars in Gran Turismo Concept that have moving spoilers. The Cien is one that springs to mind

Sweet! I was wondering if they were going to incorporate that. How exactly does it move?
