...but as of Saturday I've been here a year!!!

To sum up what happened while I was here:
Magic(who just got back here) told everyone that Tantinee was sending people free gifts for the holidays as a joke, and I kinda took it the wrong way and actually got upset...

Rice Rocketeer started a huge deal about me being short and not the age I actually am, and I got pissed and threatened to leave GTP...

GTP based clubs such as the VFC began poping up, and so what better for me to do than start a Mazda club as a joke, naming the thread "mazda club lol", and from that day, 4/16/02, MAZ became a really cool club and is getting better with nearly 40 members.

I joined some photoshopping things....
I co-created the GrafixSpeed graphics team, which went no where, but it was good. ;)

The dark age of GTP began, many uproars and problems with cirtain members, people fleeing, those that stayed began playing Yahoo Pool and then later Live for Speed.

And, now, GTP is back better than ever!

I'd like to thank all of the members here, especially Doug, Chris(who called me on the phone a week or 2 ago lol), Rob, Joe, and all of you other great people, Jordan especially for giving me great oppertunities with MAZ and becoming a Mod, and just everyone else.

It may sound dumb, but this place means a lot, to me. It's like a good life. People here understand me(I hope atleast ;) ) and care about me to a cirtain degree. It's nice here.

Anyhoo that's about it, thanks people, I got to go help my mom with leaves(damnit!) so see ya in about a half hour or so.

Wow! You've been through a lot here haven't you? Happy 1-year aniversary. Hope you can stay for another, I on the other hand, am about to make it to four months... :D

thanks guys, believe me if GTP turns into the Titanic, I'm goin down with it. But that won't happen, I'll be here to the end, if there is an end.

After having my six-month anniversary last week (it was a quiet celebration :p) I can whole-heartedly agree. How many forums have members who refer to each other by their first name? :D

Magic that thing though pissed me off!!! How the hell was I supposed to know you were kidding?! I had my eyes set on a 1/18Scale diecast car and not to be!

Hehehe that was funny though. Good times, good times.

I'm not doing too bad right now... just passed the 9-month mark.

This will be my first "GTP Christmas". :)

I agree wholeheartedly on the "GTP as a Living" idea... whenever I get on the web, this is always the first site I go to... sometimes, I simply can't wait to get home to check my PM inbox and the Rumble Strip! :D
 
Hey Mazkid lets not forget the BMW///M5 controversey. :eek: :) I also remember when Magic said Jessica (TATINEE) was going to give out gifts. I was so gullable. I actually believed it! :blush: Anyway, nice reflection on the past year MazKid. :thumbsup:

hi maz rememebr me? how yall been i havent been here much but i've seen it has grown better then ever, i didnt come cause people said it was dead, those lyers, well im close to my 1 year (i think) :Party: (i cant belive that i still know the "code" to that smilie :lol: )

I soooo missed my 1 year here. I was just thinking that the other day. Its all good! I am back, and I think I will have enough to time to keep this time. This place is an out of control (in a good way) community! So many things to read, so many responses.

I agree though, this place is one place I will always feel like I belong on the internet! :cry: :D
