Motion controls rock!
It's been a few months since I compared my times using motion controls vs thumbstick, but I don't remember much of a difference. Except that motion controls feel tremendously smooth (vs stick I'd say it's a matter of consistency and smoothness vs the tiny, sometimes helpful, but unnatural feeling corrections that are easier to make with the thumbstick) and getting used to them will likely prevent me from buying other racing games in the future that don't have them (might get a better wheel again some day in the future, my T100 is stuck in the closet).
I was tempted by the F1 2015 sale yesterday, but haven't heard anything about motion control support in that game.
