I got the Escudo to handle and win the Dream Car Professional Series Race - Basically what the title says.

Want the settings for it?

And I am not crazy the Escudo kicks arse and always will do with 1800 hp
 
Sure I'd like to check out the settings you used. I know that The settings I'm running also handle like a dream so long as you don't go any faster than the other cars on the track. Do your settings allow you to utilize all the hp on this car or do you have to be very restrained in using the throttle?
 
No I didn't copy your settings, my brother actually did the settings and he isn't a user and hasn't been to these forums ever!

I'll get the settings when I've finished the Trial Mountain Enduro.

And yes from memory no idea if this is true but fastest speedway lap hmmmm 30 seconds 28 - 30 i'll check after the enduro. :)
 
Ehhh.... an F1 car does Super Speedway laps around 25-26 seconds. I would figure that the Escudo (without slamming the walls) could compete with those time. I know acceleration is comparable, so check your times to be sure..... :banghead:
 
on super speedway, you practically have to stop the escudo in the tight turn to not wallbang on it, the f1's are faster. they can maintain speed and hold the line through both turns. the escudo can accallerate much faster on the straights but loses alot of time in the turns.
 
See. With the right tuning, the Escudo is just as competitive as the LeMans cars. Just take some time with it and you will see that it is more useful for more races other than the Test Course and Super Speedway.
 
Personally I hate the damn escudo... not because some crap like not being able to use it or not being able to beat it.

I actually hate it because people often use it constantly and beat everything they can with it, then act like the best racer ever because of it. ( I actually am not comparing those people to any one here because the people here seem to desire racing the escudo with technical merit instead of relying on raw power)

Although, I want to stress, what kind of honestly fast and able racer relies on the raw power and speed of the escudo and then acts like a true racer of gran turismo?

I agree with GoKents.
The Escudo is the king of all cheat cars. It is god of the track simply because of its amazing hp. If it were realistically placed in a reace with even a group of LM series racecars, it would get smoked.
I personally like going up against it with my Pennzoil Nismo Skyline. She's my fav.
 
Yeah, I won some f1's cars and played with them a bit. I actually foudn myself going back to my Honda s2000 :) Mainly because you win so easily in any race with an F1, it takes a lot of the fun away. I find that my favorite races are when my Hp are fairly matched with the cpu's and the race is just head to head the entire time, not when I'm like 6+ laps ahaid...

actually if u leave the asm tcs where they are the 5 10 whatever order they were it turns rather well it hits the very end of the corner wall on ss but it still gets like low 27s where the f94 gets high 26s

kents i dont use the escudo but im gona have to disagree with u
im gonna have to say that some people leave the cars they way they were rather than turnign it to the wheelie settings and they work rather well
