I got to see not 1 but 8 of my dream cars this fall

I went to historic car weekend this fall at Watkins Glen here in NY and was fortunate enough to see 8 of my dream cars-the Ford GT-40, including the famous one that won LeMans(the one in Gran Turismo). Not only did I see them up close in the garage, I got to see them race and there are no adjectives to accurately describe it. They raced against a field of Shelbys(including a few true Cobras) and basically destroyed them. It is an absolutely beautiful car and they sound exactly as they do in the game. I also found out from talking to a few of the drivers, that there's a place in New Zealand that builds them minus the engine, carb, ignition and clutch for under $40,000. Time to start working a lot of overtime and saving up. :cool:

and finally, if anyone is nearby enough to be interested in tickets for any of this years events, I get a discount and would be happy to order tickets. I know Nascar weekend is August 8-11th, and Vintage car weekend(where I saw the GT40'S) is September 6-8th.
