Burnout is funny as heck, and has a pretty challenging, but not too challenging learning curve.
LeMans 24 Hours is pure prototype racing. With a large variety of tracks and cars. The Load times suck, but the game itself if pretty good.
If you wanna drive sideways, the general concensus around here is that WRC is the best. But you can prolly find Colin McRae 2 for the PS1 really cheap. I have a hard time winning in Colin McRae, but dang it sure is fun to slip and slide in the dirt.
