I have this theory about the car lot...

Here me out.

The cars are in the used lot appear for a reason.

There are the
Event Cars- Cars that you see after completing an event
Rare- Cars that have a low chance of popping up
Normal- Cars that you often see.

Sometimes event cars turn into normal cars. Anybody else think this?

They appear because they are standard and can't be bought in the dealerships which only sell premiums.

I have come to the conclusion that there is not a outright pattern. Unless this game is using a complex math algorithm. I have seen times when a car (S4) is in my car lot 3 times at the same time. Same color with miles/KM that are separated by 10 and price difference of 100 credits.

Dunno if there's any relation but the day before my birthday something like 8 race cars going for 2-4M credits each appeared all at the same time . I only had about 200k at the time

Agreed. I spent ages waiting for a pickup truck, then one day an Ford F150 and the Toyotta one (can't remember the name) appeared at the same time. Needless to say I bought them both.
