A online race yet so kinda curious why there are IB-IA license tests? Will I need them in sport mode?

A online race yet so kinda curious why there are IB-IA license tests? Will I need them in sport mode?

The game doesn't have anything that currently requires over the National A license which is another reason I believe it's unfinished. No as far as I know there is no license requirements for Sport mode. Just car regulations, Driver rating and Sportsmanship rating.

Right now the IB, IA and S licences are just optional content for fun, to test your skills, compare times with friends, unlock PSN trophies and win prize cars.
