I just duplicated a car

Okay, I was playing as Trevor and I built up a Sultan. I stored the finished Sultan in the purchasable garage, and quick-saved. i then switched to Franklin and fooled around as him for a bit. Then I turned off my playstation. when i went back on later, I was Trevor, standing outside his trailer in sandy shores, with the sultan i had built right next to me. I drove to his purchasable garage, and there were two sultans. what just happened?
