I just started playing GT1 and i ran my favorite track again, SSRII! This track is long and quite fun. I dunno why they didn't include it in GT2. It would of made an excellent track.

Is it in GT3?

anyway.........
i got to get back to GT1 now................hehee GT2 next week.

...and thank god for that. SSR11 is the worst track in GT1, I'm glad they didn't put it in GT2. I love SSR5 though, and that's in GT2

it's not all that hard. well maybe that one turn in the tunnel where the road is blocked off........hehehe i'm still trying to memorise the turns going backwards and forward.:D

SSR5 is a nice track to have in GT2. My buddy and i used to do "The Legend of Speed" using a Impreza WRX and a EVO. It's so fun because the race is so close.

BTW, have you guys got to play the Hi-Res GT in the bonus items in GT1? It's so much like GT3! Very smooth graphics!

really? i got all the license when i played it. Was pretty simple to me. I guess you drive a bit different from me?

The annoying hairpins, the unseen crash barriers, the flawless computer AI, plus your headlights have no discernable effect. Aaaarggh!!
An oversight in these night courses is in the test laps. In an actual event you could do these during the daytime, even if the race was a night. This would help navigation.
While I'm thinking about it, rally stages could have featured a navigator rather than a course map, dictating the upcoming turns to you.

And why aren't there any night rally stages?

But in GT3 they took out the best part of it. The chicane under the main straight is gone!!!! I hated that.

those barricades in SSR11 are misleading, I always turn right instead of left or vise-versa, and it's just hairpin after hairpin

Your best bet is to stick behind the AI, do what it does and take it on the home straight of the last level 😈
