Early this morning 1 to 2am EST USA -- I saw in the news section of GT5 screen information about the Real World Circuit Seasonal but also about a NASCAR event coming next week with Gordon Gear as part of the prizes. It also listed dates and times for new patches.
it said 2 would be next week -- one early in the day I think on 24th and one late evening on 25th. It also listed dates for 2 next month but I can't remember exactly when.

I didn't think to get a screen shot. It caught my attention because the news list popped up with more than one line -- looked different so I checked it out.

Now there is nothing about it in the news list.

No Pot, No Booze, Wide Awake --- what happened?????
 
According to a few posts in a couple of threads on here, the news has been removed by PD, it must have been put up too early by mistake.
 
I saw the Gordon Gear news, but didn't see the update schedule. What confuses me about what you saw is why would they release two seperate patches next week instead of one. The only reason I could think of is the first is patching issues and the second is adding content and needs the first to work.

Yamauchi mentioned that in a few Tweets but I figured the second patch would have been delayed by weeks, not just one day.

Yeah, I remember your translations in the tweet thread. If we do get content update next week that is great, but Im not getting my hopes up. I just can't see two patches in the same week only addressing fixes. Combine them into one.
