Has anyone else tried this. Get 6 players and an i-link hub. Race on the Test Course with Toyota GT Ones.

The cars race round with everyone driving flat out. But with the draft you can easily pass the cars in front. It becomes a draft fest, just dont lead coming out of the last corner.

The race requires little skill and a few ungentlemanly tactics but is a huge laugh and can be won by the less skillful drivers.

So, is it still an entertaining race?

It's certainly entertaining, though I wouldn't want to race it over more than 3 laps because only the last half lap is important.

The TS020 in arcarde mode reaches just over 320kph, but I got over 370 out of it with a good long tow from the other 5 cars down a straight. Think I lost that race by 0.007 seconds.

Must be a very close race ;) What was the gap between first and last?

Yeh, maybe you could put up a replay wastegate...but i think i-link doesn't give replays...

I cant post a video because, sadly, i-link does not give you the chance to do replays. Or use your own cars. But I recommend it to anyone.

Racing against other people is different to racing against the AI. When using identical or similar cars, suddenly tactics such as drafting, defensive driving become much more important - and passing can be much harder.

It's just more intense because you dont know if the other guys are gonna drive a blinder, spin, or attempt a suicidal passing move on you.

that sounds like so much fun, although i would spend more time on a different track. I wish I had an i link and some buddies to play with. Worthy opponents would be nice too, its no fun beating the pants off of people.
