When you paint the i-MiEV, the logo stays on the side of it! It's the MiEV logo with the long plug and cord decal on the side. Don't know if anyone noticed, because not many people pay much attention to this car. Paint it a dark color and it changed to a white decal, and vice versa.

Nice find. For some reason I never tried to see if the decals would disappear if I painted my i-MiEV. It's a shame you can't keep the white panels though. Also it seems that even if your i-MiEV didn't originally have the decal from the dealer, it will magically appear when you paint the car.

Haha, Good... Time for Neon Pink Elec. Car

I think the grandsport logo the red stripe use to disapear when you paint it.

Similar to the Ford GT '06 have stripe magic appear when you paint it after you brought it without stripe.

I hope i can finally repaint my ACR without losing it's stripes.

It has been paintable forever actually.
They look great in chrome with the ghosted stripes

nope, i'm pretty sure it wasn't before spec II or 2.01 at least

i've bought one to make it entirely black and it wasn't possible
but now i can :D

Loads more in this thread, including pictures.

The Shelby has been paintable for ages, posted in the above thread six months ago, and the Chevy GS has always kept the stripes and red "warpaint" as I used to call them.
