I need a good DVD and CD's repair kit??

I would like one that does not need liquids, but has one a lot of praise reviews. Since one of my DVD-RW's that has some of my old data backed up on it, is well not being read by my DVD Drive.

My CD-RW drive is picking it up, but it is skipping.
