If you are clean drivers who enjoy the race rather than winning then GBRC would welcome you.
Grumpy British Racing Club was set up in GT5's infancy for like minded clean racers looking for a group to race with without suffering the usual open lobby problem of being punted off at every oppertunity.
Initially it was simply casual races, but soon evolved to include organised races as part of mini-leagues usually held on sundays.
A little later down the line and we had full blown seasons. 16 weeks long and several championships in each season, spreading the events between Sunday evenings and Thursday evenings, all beggining with a 'qualifier' to determin which division you raced in.
We had 4 seasons following this format in GT5.
We ran out of a structured lounge setup whereby each member only needed 4 friends added to their friends list to be able to race with every club member, which freed up your friends list for other games etc. Unfortunately as it stands GT6 won't support this method at the moment but we are waiting with baited breath to see what features are available once the community section of GT6 goes live.
