I need help puting an image in a thread

i was just wondering if someone could lend me a hand, im brand new to this website as of yesterday and i was wondering if someone could help me with posting pictures onto a thread, i have a picture of my drag time and im trying to post it in the thread but i have no clue how, please help

First you need to upload the image to an image hosting site. Flikr and photobucket are free and popular. Then, you need to obtain the web address of your image at it appears on THEIR site. Typing

I like photobucket myself. When you click on the web address it automatically copies everything you need, including the []'s and the "img" etc, ready for pasting into a post.
