i have been trying for a while now to win the Gran Turismo World Championship and i can't the cars that i have been using just can't keep up with the race cars that i am racing. the fastest car i have right now is the McClaren SLR but even with that i can only keep up with the car in last place. Anyone have any suggestions. I figure i need to buy a race car but they are all 4.5M and saving up is becoming a pain it takes way to long. whats a good car i can win/buy/modify to win this championship?

Hello, and welcome to GTPlanet.

Try using the Search button up there. Try the words "GTWC" or "world champ*", and restrict the search to the GT4 board and thread titles only. That should yield some good info. Also have a look through the FAQ threads and the Writeups board, which contains details of many peoples' race experiences.
