I need help with Evo III

my Evo III kicks major ass, and i love driving it, but i need to work the tranny a little bit, it's maxed on everything, I just need some gear ratio's, cause everything i do either drops the top speed to like 100, or makes the quarter time 13's.

(it runs a 12.4 by the way)
 
The "Tranny Trick" can lower your 400m test by 0.300. It is:

-Move the slider for the final drive ratio all the way to the right.
-Move the autoset slider all the way to the left.
-Then, adjust the final drive ratio to where it was before it was messed with. (I just tape a pen to my TV with the tip on the very end of the last "line" in one of the charts so I know where to put the FDR.)

All the tranny trick does is make the gears closer, which helps in acceleration.

If you want settings pertaining to adjusting each individual gear ratio, then I cannot help you.
