As wrapture already offered, the best and fastest way to get more money, level, and cars is to borrow cars on share. This way you can win the seasonal events. Also make sure that you log in and save every day for a week. This way you get the 200% multiplier.
I made 2 million earlier today in a number of minutes this way on one of my side accounts. I did the same thing that I'm suggesting that you do, I borrowed cars ( from my main accounts), and used them to win the Seasonals.
