I need some answers... can anyone help?

Hi I got my copy of GT5 yesterday.
Ive just unlocked S class and quick tune and I have some questions to ask.

1) Is the quick tune settings used in TT's? becaus I feel no difference ha...

2) I see online rankings most cars have no traction control. Is it better to turn it off??

3) In TT's can you change tires? Because I prefer drifting by myself without help from the AI settings in drift mode
