Saleen tune Mustangs, they don't make them. They have one which is called the Saleen SR which looks like a very modded Mustang but it's quite different underneath and is a Saleen not a Ford, but others are Fords tuned by Saleen.
And to reply to a comment before, just because Ford owns Aston Martin, it doesn't mean they can be put in if PD want's, PD will need a seperate licence agreement for each brand, and sub brand eg Mazda and Mazdaspeed let alone each marque, Fiat own Ferrari but they arn't in, Audi own Lamboghini.
