I Never Noticed This Before!

Just something quick I just noticed. The brake rotors on the Escort Rally Race Car, they aren't round. Trippy, man.

Also, the brake rotors on the Focus Rally Race Car are supper tiny.

I think it's time for bed. Nighty-night.

Aren't round? I can think of no reason why you wouldn't have round brake rotors. I'll have to look.

They're hexagonal shaped for some strange reason.

Maybe as an experimental method of adding extra mass for heat radiation?

Some companies use non-round rotors for better heat dissipation, and for some reason, they tend to work well.

or it's another glitch in the system because they had to cut corners because everyone expecting it to be out by christmas... Ever notice that the rotors on the Silvia Spec-R is bright silver and it doesn't have shadows from the rim like all the other cars. That's why I don't really care when the release date is, I'd rather wait and get a well finished game that I can really enjoy. Besides, these guys that make this game got a lot of pressure. I can't imagine how much work it is to do all this stuff.

One word.. Wave Rotors.. (Actually that IS two I know).. Try Google you might find something said the bike phr34k

yes, it is a known fact that square rotors disperse heat faster than round...

Next thing you know they'll be telling you warped rotors are good because they "create turbulence which cools the brakes faster."

I'd like to see the calipers that go on a square rotor!

Everything I see on "wave rotors" has to do with motorcycles. And they are round, just not with a smooth circumference. Like so...
