I.P. Trade limit?

Ok so I bought an Enzo on my main account and modded it and then sent it to my 2nd account so I could backup my main accounts gamesave and then send from 2nd account back to main account (To get it free) and it said I sent my daily limit? I know I didn't send anything in days from this 2nd account....did they put trading on I.P.'s now?
