Hi! I am trying to get a 500pp car to race, at first i do it myself, i tune a 86gt '12, everything is fine but i ALWAYS lose control, i tried different tunes, i search for one on here but i didnt find it so i give up. Now i am trying to find a nice 500pp, i am new here so i dont realy know everything, i tried to find tunes in this forum, i found the "every tunes that exist " but theres no tunes and everyones commenting : where did the tunes go ? So i give up on that too. Sorry for my bad english i speak french but thank you for ready this !

For the most part you want to stay normally aspirated if at all possible.
Supercharger if you must.
Turbos as a last resort, and stay as small as possible.
The reason for this is that turbo lag is a pain to contend with. And even in the game setting the turbos tend to kick in at the worst possible instant. Unless you drive manual transmission, and stay in the power band of the engine and turbo....

A 500pp car is already pretty fast.
You might consider one of the newer Corvettes and DETUNE it to 500pp.
The C7 is still VERY fast, easy to drive, and controllable at the 500pp level.

Oh, remember to drive the car first. You can't tune the "problems" out if you don't drive it and know what it's doing that you don't like.
If you tune before you run it at "stock" settings, you may make any problem handling traits worse.

I know thank you

I figured as much, but after a lot of years hanging out in here, I've learned that some people do just that--throw a bunch of mods, and tunes on a car without ever driving it first.
Back in the day, (GT2) You COULD tune an R-34 Skyline to well over 750 HP.
If you did it wouldn't do much more than go really fast, in a straight line.
So, No intent at offense.
We used to have a guy that hung around in here, that beat GT3 with modded cars, but didn't know they could be tuned! He was one of the best drivers I knew.

What tires you drive it on, what track?
im from quebec too dont worry about your english. :)
