Has anyone else had a glitch or anomolie like this?
I know Acura is Honda's US Luxury line and the windows on my Integra say Honda but damn.

Yep you are correct. I noticed this when I RMed mine a couple months ago. I thought it was funny. That Acura has become one of my favorite cars to hotlap.

I've seen other odd car details but I can't recall what cars .

I believe the bodywork of the RM'd Acura is based solely on the Le Mans race cars Honda built to race in both the GT1 and GT2 class at Le Mans (in the 90s'). Acura is nothing more than Honda badged for the NA market and therefore had never developed any race cars. Here's a video showing the GT1 racers:

I did not notice until saw it on my RM.

That's probably not the NSX RM, but the NSX Prototype LM Race Car's origin.

Is that true of Acura's newer cars. They have the TSX, MSX, and RL. I don't think they make those in Japan or sell them under a different name with a Honda badge. I know the the RSX was the Integra in Japan.

Acura RL is the Honda Legend (the RL is a replacement for the Acura Legend).
Acura TSX is the European Honda Accord
Acura TL is American Only
Acura CSX is Canadian Only
all 3 Acura SUV's have no Honda equivalent.

You sir are correct 👍

the MDX is based off the pilot though (the chassis is a piliot), but still you are correct

Its supposed to happen. The RM is essentially the Honda NSX that competed in Le Mans (once its tuned up that is)

I thought the TSX was the Accord Euro R which was slightly different than the regular european accord?

Twin Ring how I miss thee

You have to have one of the 17 cars that can be RM'd or Race Modified,(sorry don't have a link to post of all the cars) . You must go to GT AUTO in the GT Life menu, and for a high price, you can turn your car from a road car, to a full on racer with decals, and much better handling performance. The 91' Acura NSX being one of the cars.

There's a Racing Modification sticky at the top of this forum that shows all the cars you can race mod.

Interesting infos about Acura, thanks guys. I thought this brand is the American equivalent to Honda. Seemingly not only that, but they have their own models for this market, too. Will have a look on that.
You probably can compare them in some way to Lexus or Infinity. Didn´t even know that Lexus is an America-located company..
