Heh, couldn't be bothered reviving my old drawings thread, so I decided to make a new one. Here's my drawing for the week, an Audi R8 Le Mans (As promised yesterday ). Comments are welcome.

you choose a very difficult car to draw correctly. angles and curves coexist in a very odd manner in cars of this natura, so its not easy to draw them. for start, your lines are wobbly, where they should be straight. also, where is the left front tire??? you should have put some shadow under tha car and that problem wouldnt exist. a bit disproportioned in some places, but still a good effort. keep practicing man, you do better!!!

Thanks for the advice Cano. I don't have a very steady hand, so that's one of the bad things about when I draw, I think I get nervous. I don't know how I missed that front left tire and I missed the intake on the left dipped bit, so here's version 1.1 + the original pic Oh yeah, I'd be in for a drawing competition as well.

Cano nailed eveything I wanted to say. So there's nothing more to add, cept for... it's a good attempt. I drew a Bentley Speed 8 LeMans racer at school today, I'll scan it tomorrow or prolly later tonight.

And this kinda cars are really, really, hard to get em looking right without screwing up somewhere. Good attempt, Vasco.

Oh, I'll be in for the drawing competiton too. 👍 Are you guys serious about this? I mean, cuz we can really have great drawings up here man! Someone put up a picture, and we all draw it, no inking, and see who comes up with the best one (via votes of course)
