Why are we driving cars with the steering wheel on the right?? Seems kind of dumb.

Especially if through every round you're driving Nissans with the wheel on the right and you get a great sense of where the tires are, and then you go to the competition and get in a 370Z and you're not sure where the right tires are at now.

I'm surprised you're not complaining that the tracks aren't in America.

The whole left hand/right hand drive thing isn't a big deal.

Because this event is sponsored by Nissan so guess what we get to drive !

Though with the 20 miles of under steer I don't think i will be trading in my Rx8 for a 370z anytime soon.

I was thinking that too, the 370z on Tsukuba starts understearing at around 65mph. If that's true, no matter what the tires are, Nissan really needs to go back to the drawing board.

Nissans in the U.S. have their steering wheel on the left just like every other car here. The funny thing is, with so many cars having the wheel on the right in the game, it actually feels weird to me when a car has it on the left now. :)

use bumper view. before the advent of GT5's interior views, this wasn't an issue.

i also don't think they would take the time to remake a cockpit for competition's sake. it takes more than just mirroring the view, I imagine, given pedal layout and displays.

Actually, since I'm used to cars having the wheel on the left side, when in cars that have it on the right I find myself sometimes hitting the wall on the left because I think I have more room than I do.

I don't really care that much, it just throws me off when I get real focused but not really a big deal.
