I want to find this bike.

In the bike school on the third island, the jump and stoppie test, I want that bike. At first I thought it was the nrg-500 but it's different cause it starts off in a wheelie. Does anyone know where to get it?

same thing with the s.w.a.t and the sandking.
 
-For the NRG-500 you need to obtain all golds in bike school. There is no such thing of a special version of that bike, and it IS the NRG-500 in the jump-and-stoppie test.

-You mean the SWAT truck, the big blue truck. There's a mission where you have to steal a SWAT truck, place it in your garage. If you don't do this and you just complete the mission without storing it in your garage, you won't be able to find it ever again.

-Not sure about the Sandkind or whatever you call it.
 
You can find the sandking underneath that huge satellite dish (the one on the mountain) south west of the army base in Las Venturas. It only appears at certain hours.

oh, but why then in the test does it pop up into a wheelie? I don't even hold back, I just press on the gas. But when I try the nrg-500 outside the school, that doesn't happen. Also my friend said his cousin had that bike but wouldn't tell him where he got it. Which I don't know is true.

Believe me, it's the NRG-500. In the test it pops a wheelie to with me but when you obtain it, it doesn't do it. That's normal.

Thats exactly what i was thinking. The NRG 500 i got does not wheelie when starting but in the races the NRG 500 they give you does and also does stoppies at high sppeds without CJ leaning forwards.

-There are two (three) NRG-500 spawns that are active all the time:
1) LS, Los Florres: The easiest way to find it is to go through the tunnel at the northeast end of flood control. When you come out of the alley that leads you too, there will be a multistory parking garage to your right/west. I don't think I've ever gone there and not found and NRG, but sometimes you have to go all the way to the top.
2) SF, Easter bay airport: Along the south edge of the airport island is a row of hangars. My vehicle spawn map says there should be one between the two easternmost hangars, but I can't verify this.
3) SF, Easter bay docks: North of the import/export ship is a dry dock. In the southwest corner of this is an NRG tucked in behind some shipping crates. This starts a mission with some halfpipe stunts in the dry dock, but just fail it and you've got a bike.
I guess the school bike has special proporties. There's probably no way to get one like it without impressive gamesharking abilities. It's not in the vehicle database, anyway. Common sense tells me that it would probably easier to take the school bike and get out, rather then trying to find it in the code and make it spawn. I think gnomefromgnome made a drivable flowerpot once though, so you may be better off coding up your own wheelieing NRG.
edit: Oh, he didn't make that. It's just some very bizzare thing they left in the code.

That is the NRG-500. It is modified to do that, but only in the races and tests. Outside of this, you cannot obtain this bike.

The SWAT Tank is only available in the final mission, "End Of The Line". It's a riot control vehicle, and the only thing that the cannon on top of it does is spray water. When you obtain it during the mission, storing it in your garage before finishing the mission is the only way you can get the vehicle.

The SandKing has been explained: it is available at certain times under "The Big Ear" in the Desert.
