I want to know what this means.

ok so when you enter a race online and finish choosing your car and stuff you move into a different screen where you need to click on ready. So on this screen there next to where it says ready or unready it shows two numbers. what do these numbers indicate? for example 2/3 or 10/9 something like that. what does it mean?

The second screen you see is the betting screen, where you can place bets on either yourself or the other players. Those numbers are your odds.
