I want to race the best on the High Speed Ring

Dear folks,

I want to race good, serious opponents on this track. What do I do?
I live in the Netherlands. Am I only racing Europeans?
I'm logged in with my Hong Kong account, does that matter.
Is there a way to meet up or schedule races with other people?
Is there a chat session somewhere? If I race somebody online, can I chat with that person on my ps3? sorry for asking these noob questions.
I'm really enjoying this game so much. It's hard, but very gratifying when I win.
Is there a list somewhere with rules of how long you can drive on the chicanes? Sometimes I'm not even touching the rail and I get the time out!:grumpy:
 
The people you are racing against is determined by where you bought your game from; so if you have the european version of the game, you will be racing against european opponents, even if you are using a hong kong account. To race against japanese opponents (for example) you would need the JPN version of the game

Is this actually confirmed?

It will probably end up like this anyway just because of time differences between major continents... Well, except for those of us who are nocturnal of course.
 
It is certainly the case in HD conecpt that if you want to race american opponents, you need to download the game from the US store; this can then be played using a europen account as it is the game that determines which servers it connects to, not the account being used. The same will apply to the Japanese game as well.

For all other games I know it works the same way too.
 
have jpn vesion and racing people from all over the world....play it from eu account though.
 
I have the jp bd version as well and I play I think mostly Europeans and US citizens.
Thanks for clearing that up. Yesterday was a blast again. I was racing noobs with inferior vehics. When suddenly know adverseries appeared.
Marksmankiller and ANAN88 or something like that, both drove Z06's.
It was great, but they were no match for me!
