I wanted Snow. question?

(I looked threw countless posts' And i still have a question.) There are few tracks that will snow. Example : SSR7 , Eiger N short , Eifel (looked like snow too me & my friends)..
I know if you change the weather 80-% too 100% eventually it will be snowing . (Is there a way to save my Eifel tracks to be snow. Or get Eiger.N to be Snowing.

You can save tracks but you can't save weather settings. Just set them when you use that track.

Also, the rain on those tracks just appears to look very thick, making it look like snow. I bet all of us wish it could snow though.
