I just realized that when i was playing through vc the first time and i used cheats, then finally found out that i couldn't get 100% i just started a new game and got 100% but know i realize that with the saved game i had with cvheats i had 99% but i didn't do the 45 points at the rifle range.....i wonder if i could have still gotten 100% with cheats?? But since i overwrited that saved game i guess i will never know.......hmmmmm

Nope, if you use a cheat and save it, you won't get 100%.

I thought some of the hidden packages disappear?

Probably. If they do, then that would explain why I can't find the two I need for all 100.

I only cheated once so I could beat that damn 'The Driver' mission for the Malibu. I've restarted twice since then. So far, I'm up to the 'The Chase' mission for Diaz and have 45 packages.
