External Track Builder ideas, If there is no track editor in GT5

Do you think it would be a good idea for GT5 to allow an external track builder for additional tracks?

Would you buy a separate game/disc that allow us to create tracks, a separate disc ( additional revenue for polyphony ) only for creating tracks?

Keep that feature for GT6 if it's not already in the game.
