If my B-Spec is level 24 and I buy the FGT, can I use it in A Spec at level 18?

See question...

For whatever reason, I've been grinding B spec. I am Level 24 and have $4.6M. When I buy the FGT, can I use it in A Spec even though I am only 18?

I believe you can. The level 24 restriction applies to purchasing only.
 
yes, you can use it, but it's not really fun to drive in the lower series races since you can lap the field ussualy in 3 laps, but that's just my opinion.
 
Yes you can. I got tired of trying to win the All Stars event even after I got my Minolta. When I got the FGT, I used it for that event with no problem. Not as much fun as battling with the other cars, but it was finally over.
