If There Are New Tracks, Would That Mean Updated A/B-Spec Events?

I'm not trying to open a stupid thread or anything, but what would happen if GT5 got new tracks as DLC or in an update regarding the events in A/B-Spec, given the newly discovered track logos?

It's obvious that the Super GT Series would need Twin Ring Motegi, and you can't have the NASCAR Series without Infineon. The Clubman Cup could have El Capitan rather than Cape Ring Periphery.

Please don't turn this into a wishlist for Spa or anything. I just want people to think about what would happen.
 
Yeah. I'd think they would put them in seasonal events since you get PSN trophies for beating all of the events in the actual game modes, and adding more to them will probably make some people angry having to do more than others to get those PSN trophies.

Unless they make it so those events aren't required, which is what the seasonal events really are to begin with.
 
As some people pointed out on the news about the hidden tracks on the GT website, we could be seeing update 2.0 sometime soon.
It would actually make sense since were currently on 1.9.

You can have Platinum and get the DLC and you still would keep it, And Vice Versa you can get the DLC and just complete the game normally and get it, That is what I have for NFSHP (Not trying to get the thread closed)

erm... we're in 1.09, not 1.9
 
There's not any real rule to release numbers, the developer can use whatever they want. While 1.09 to 1.10 is standard practice for some, you'll also notice that other developers like Firefox move their browsers from 3.9 to 3.10 to 3.11

I do think the Seasonal Events are test formats for upcoming permanent A-spec revisions, and if there are new tracks coming, I think we'll see Spec II upgrade to the game sometime in the future, albeit months off at this point.
 
I'd like PD to follow the Spec II, Spec III, etc. update formula that they used in GT5 Prologue.
