This.

With traffic jams.

And petrol stations for pitstops.

And constant rain.

And toll booths where you pay 2 Cr. to get by.

The short versions of the track would also be everywhere. :D
 
There are the two obvious ones that many have already mentioned so I will go with Road America.

Pikes peak or Bathurst for me, probably pikes peak
 
Infineon..for many reasons. It is a track used by nascar so there would be one more real life track for those cars. The road course version is fun and fast. It has a dedicated drag strip right down the middle. Of course, day/night and weather change would be a must.
 
Pikes Peak with both uphill and downhill, both in gravel and tarmac versions, then add weather and time change.

I'd have to say Spa aswell. The thought of going through Eau Rouge flat out in an F1 car is mouth watering. :drool:
I think alot of people would be attempting to re-create Kimis famous pole lap. Me included. :sly:
