If you dont want to change UCD?

Have a car sitting one slot above the bottom, and need $200k more to get it, so without glitches, I can only run enduros like the LS200, which at 2hrs give or take is not too bad.
Question is what can I do activity wise in the game WITHOUT advancing the UCD? will just logging on every day advance it?
currently trying to figure out such details(usually WANT to advance it...:D) on another account but its slow, hence the post
 
nope,UCD only progress based on 'race day' not an actual day.

1 event/licence = 1 race day.but i think even u race multiple times on the same event,it still counts as 1 race day (correct me if im wrong on this one,please :))

yep, if you do the same race many times...it advances the UCD for each race.
 
You can try remote racing, but it'll be slow.
 
If you have another account start remote race from it signing up all the drivers from your main account to multiply winnings.
 
Had same problem. Just put all your B spec bobs online and get friends to race them.
Was about 750k short. Took about 24hrs to get it. This is when you find out who your real friends are.

Remote racing still advances the UCD, locally or remotely, if your PS3 is acting as the server (when you are initiating the race, not your friends).

You can do multiple races online as long as each race is in the same lobby. Leaving the lobby will advance the UCD by only one day.

You could run 2 of the seasonal events like the N'ring truck race or Lambo challenge and have more than enough money.

Running either of those races twice should only advance the UCD 2 slots.

Actually this isn't true. It only advances a day when the progress bar shows up on the screen. If you just keep restarting the same race over and over without exiting then it doesn't log another day.

If you have a FGT or X2010 you can auto-grind the Dream Car or Like the Wind Indy for literally millions and it will only advance the UCD one day.

This works very well and wont advance the UCD even a single day on your makin account (Each race will advance the UCD one day on your secondary account though). If you use the widget and can have 6 Bob's from your main account running each race you can make 200K/hour. It takes a small amount of fiddling to get it setup and then it is very easy.

Actually, it does advance the UCD one day for every time you click start race in the pre-race menu. Restarting mid race doesn't, but of course you don't get the credits or exp. And what do you mean progress bar? The EXP bar? If so, then that happens at the end of every race, right after you get your credits.
 
^^ I agree, for some odd reason it doesn't show up on the win count on the garage view screen. But without a doubt it advances the UCD 1 day for each race.

Actually, it is true. Auto grinding the Indy advances the UCD everytime you win. (as others have noted)

The # of wins don't always show on your X1's stats though.

Spent plenty of time autogrinding the Indy and stopping every 5 wins to check the refreshed UCD for needed cars.👍
