If you had to be placed somewhere for a month where would it be?

OK, but here's the problem with water in the Amazon: It is not uncommon to find bacteria/parasites in the water in any jungle. Chances are that once you've consumed a weeks' worth of it, you'll have injested something deadly.
But there is plenty of wood around to start a fire* so you could boil any drinking water first, plenty of big leaves to make a rainwater collection thingamejigger, plus copius shelter from the elements in the Amazon... although in the rainforest, you are at considerably higher risk of being ploughed down by a forest clearing contractor working for McDonalds

*easier said than done

option 1: die
Option 2: live

i wonder which id pick..., granted if your stupid you will die in amazon too, but you have a far far greater chance to surivive if your able to adapt and solve problems and make the most of your surroundings.

But in the Sahara, you could make a kick-ass sand castle to live in!

But, but then you'd have to pee on it to make it solid enough to build! Even then, the sun would dry it up within an hour and leave a hideous smell with it.

Amazon Rainforest for me. I'd have a slight chance of even surviving there...
