I did a search, and nothing came up, but I couldn't think of a more specific search string, so forgive me if this has been done.

If you could only pick 3 cars, one SUV, one Luxury Car, and one Sports Car/Supercar, what would you pick? Money is not an option.

My SUV would have to be the Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I love Porshces and this is the fastest production SUV in the world.

My Luxury car would have to be the 760Li. The Bentlys and Maybachs are too much, they're designed for someone to drive you around in it. I also love BMWs so this was a no-brainer. V-12 power!

My sports car pick would be the 2005 Porsche 996 Turbo S. The 996 Turbo is my favorite 911 Porsche model so why not go to the next level with the S? Since I'd never really go to a track, I wouldn't pick a Lamborghini, Enzo, 996 GT2, or even Challange Stradale. The 911 outperforms the Modena so I'd rather go for the Turbo.

For SUV, I'd pick a Porsche Cayanne Turbo (or whatever the highest model is).
For Luxury Car, I'd pick a Lexus LS 400.
For Sports car, I'd pick a Skyline R32 GTR.

SUV would have to be Range Rover HSE or Lincon Navigator(which i would then sell and get a lotus elise...or 2)
Luxury car would be Bentley GT Coupe
Supercar would be Mclaren F1(duh)

can us non-americans substitute the SUV for a track car?

Luxury - Maybach
Sports- Aston Martin DB9
Track car- Lotus Exige.

SUV - Subaru Forester Turbo...I kinda like the 2005 Tribute too, for different reasons.
Luxury - Eunos Cosmo or Millenia S
Sports - MazdaSpeed Miata or MazdaSpeed RX-8

GTrallycat
Sports-Ferrari Enzo or Lamborghini Diablo(gots to be the doors)
If you like exotic doors, definately go for the Koensigsegg CC.

Luxury: R34 GTR M-spec NUR (yes it's a luxury car in my opinion)
SUV: I guess the cayenne
Sportscar: R34 GTR Vspec II NUR tuned by Top Secret

SUV: It's a tossup for me between the Cayenne Turbo or the Escalade
Luxury Car: BMW M5 (it's a high performance luxury car in my opinion)
Performance: Mitsubishi Evolution VIII MR

SUV: Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I don't know anything about offroading, but I'd imagine that would be a good place to start.

Luxury: Probably a supercharged mk1 Toyota MR2. They are actually quite well outfitted on the inside, the only difference between the old MR2s and your average luxury car is that the MR2 isn't insanely oversized / overweight.

Performance: Probably a Lotus Elise (with that stupid A/C and stereo system removed), or if I've got a lot of money a Ferrari F50. If I can build my own, it would be a little formula style race car with a motorcycle motor, either 1000cc or a 1300cc Hayabusa motor.

In reality, the Jeep would be replaced with a Kawasaki Ninja 250R, a Honda CBR600RR, and some sort of touring bike.

So many of you want a Cayenne! You know, I know of a Turbo for sale. $84000. Takers?

- SUV: Cayenne Turbo
- Luxury: 2001 Audi A8 4.2
- Performance: CLK55 AMG coupe

:D

Simple:

=Sport/Performance- Honda S2000 [AP2]
honda%20006.jpg

=Truck/SUV- Subaru Forester 2.5XT (if theres a Forester STi in the US, I'll pick that)

=Luxury- I'll get the 2004 BMW M5 (the two newer models)

And guess what, the total amount of these cars doesn't even reach $160K USD compared to one Porsche 911 (996) GT2 which costs est. $200K USD. ;)

SUV - 1998 Ford Explorer XLT V6 with leather (my first car)
Luxury - Lexus LS430 or S600 Mercedes (not sure, never driven the merc)
Sports - 2004 Z06

Super Car: Ferrari Enzo
Sports/Daily Driver: Honda S2000
Luxury: Mercedes-Benz S55 AMG
SUV: Porsche Cayenne turbo

I think I'll follow darin

Super car: Maseraite MC 12( I think i butchered the spelling)
Luxury: Brabus Mercedes S66 AMG
Daily driver: 750+hp 300zx twin turbo

Darin
What in the name of hell are you talking about? :irked:
What SUV would you get??

As for daily driver, since people are randomly throwing in categories, I would have to go for ///M-Spec's 2004 BMW 330i Performance Package (US M-Sport II package)

I honestly forgot. Screw the Zonda. I'll take the Porsche Cayenne Turbo.

Truck: Subaru Forester 2.5XT – Oh, it's ugly, but it's plenty fast... and I have to have a small SUV – I'm too incompetent to handle large cars.

Luxury Car: Bentley GT Coupe (assuming I'm not paying for it :D) – Just because it's the new Aston Martin, but even better looking, and you can't go wrong with the way VW is making its car interiors these days. If we were talking about a luxury car that I'd have to pay for, I'd go for a much more conservative Chrysler 300C Hemi, though I'm not even sure it qualifies as luxury... it's got an awfully trucky interior to be luxury.

Sport Car: Ford GT – It's fast, it's grippy, it's got a burbly motor, thick toggle switches, and the most distinctive shape of any super car today. If we're talking about me buying again, then I'd hit on a Dodge SRT-4, in that really cool yellow-orange color.

SUV: '91-'95 Jeep Cherokee w/ 4.0L I6, a 5-speed manual transmission and Command-Trac
Luxury: ah ****, I don't know... something old and interesting... maybe an early-'80s BMW 735iL? Mid-'80s Mercedes-Benz 300SE?
Sport: another toughie... I can't comfortably seat myself in many sports cars... Corvette I suppose... or something old an interesting, like an Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce.
