Back when I first started playing xbox live (2007) i used to be a nationalistic jerk and complain about customer support for xbox. Eventually I grew up and realized they have to pay bills too. Welllllll, after dealing with customer support for the t500rs for a week...I think I might have a relapse. TEN emails saying the same thing... Firmware, drivers, manual boot... You can only say that doesn't work so many times until you lose your cool. The fact that I've called and got the same run around doesn't help.. This process takes too long regardless if you stay up late and call or go through email especially since your wheel will be gone for 3+ weeks.
