And to add to the discussion - another unhappy Dell Laptop user (Inspiron 8600).
Many of you probably heard the prolems I've had with it before in the past, so I'll cut things simple: overheating during gaming after 10 minutes or so, Dell's own mouse drivers driving us around the bend, even with its touchpad; we uninstalled them and it THEN worked properly (:roll: ), the fans are now not doing what they are meant to do - turn on high when the PC gets very hot like they used to. I could go on. Oh, at least the battery lasts a few hours unlike Dad's Sony Vaio. Apparently that only lasts 50 minutes or so.
