They got a 7 page write-up on GT4. They're talking about visual mods!!! I'm really excited now. I'm not a ricer but it's nice to add a personal touch to your vehicle.

intensive speculations indeed... now i'll go to sleep and wake up when all those questions have been answered and first pics of ferraris have been posted.

I read it but they fail to discuss that the HDs function might only be to store data so the loading times would be quicker.
 
With the european market needing a major game to really launch the HDD, and maximise the network adaptor, you can fully expect Sony to be expecting to make maximum use of Gt4 to promote, the network adaptor, Central station and the Hdd.
I fully belive that the delays in GT4 release schedule has been to allow PD to fuly implement these elements, and to gain maximum use.

Therefore I think you will see the hdd being used as much more than a place to copy the original game too.

I hate IGN. It always takes a few clicks, and a few hours of waiting, to do one simple thing. Someone post the article here.

I liked their info that people are modding more their ps2s to play imports and once modded you can play illegal copies...good point actually.

I'm surprised by that impact as well, it's a pretty big boost, and quite cool to hear.
