Hello, and welcome to GTP.

I think the IGN accounts are free, are they not, just like here? I believe you get dedicated server access with the pay accounts, but you can use the common server for free. You just have to wait in the queue a little.

But look around here; you may find something just as good.
 
forget IGN, we're 200 times better than them, in fact they took most of their info out of one of the members (Hondakid86, though he doesn't post much around here anymore, and his original FAQ was somewhere else...)
