Alot can be gleaned from watching the pro's do it. I know this will help me be a better racer. Vettle is using not just the "Whole Track" but as much as off track as he possibly can.

Agreed, but make sure you are able to to compensate for the loss of grip on the tires that are off the track so no surprise under/over steer. And also if there is a opponent, yo must be able to predict where you opponents vehicles will end after making the move.

And what has this to do with GT5.

Vettel is an effin genius, dude must have a supercomputer for a brain.in order to react so quickly. Who would you compare him too as far as pure domination? Tiger woods in his prime, maybe '98-'00 yankees. Thats about it

The driving line says the same.

Oh and i love the channel the tv is on, same with the commentary.

Ok, so what does this thread mean? Of course you can learn from onboard footage, nothing new, it's something that's commonplace even amongst teams on race weekends. I'm assuming in the case of RedBull, Webber is scratching his head to see where Vettle is making better use of the track, but thankfully it's not as easy as just studying the line and "just" copying it.

No, definitely not, but watching a champion's line guides you into opening up your own boundaries.
