Firstly I would like to say that I did search but came up empty handed. I recently lost my 94% memory card and have to start from scratch. It took me a long time to get where I was since I don't play much but I do want to finish. I was thinking of downloading a game save with at least all the licenses in gold and enough money to buy all the cars that I had. I'll just b-spec it until I get where I was before. I do not know where to begin to look for game saves or what type of game save I should be looking at. I have a TDK 1 gig flash drive and wanted to know is that enough to be able to upload a game save to my PS2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, it isn't. You need software to transfer it from your PC-based-source to the PS2 memory card. MaxDrive software, to be specific.

Gameshark, Codebreaker, or Action Replay/MAX..... to be more specific. 👍

You can also use any of those to cheat the game and get all the licenses and tons of money, which should be a good "helping hand".
