i'm back from virus !

i have been offline for a few days now as i have had a virus in my pc , it totally wrecked all my files deleted things left , right and centre
but after days of no sleep and plenty of attempts to remedy this ! i was left with no option but to restore my system and lose loads of great programs and an extensive array of other goodies , i hope i am now free of this pc predator and hopefully get my pc back to how it was , great timing though with this oz thing going down !!! anyway off over there now to see the damage , just letting you's know people

I updated Norton the other day...so I should be covered. To anyone who doesn't have an anti-virus program, GET ONE! It is well worth $50-60.
